  • Hub Sales Leader
Working in the Government and Education sector for over 10 years has given me a deep-rooted understanding of what is essential to these organisations.

As learning spaces continuously evolve, it is fascinating to be part of the opportunity to cater to students’ and educators' current and future needs. By understanding the constraints, listening, and asking the right questions, we can provide a tailor-made solution in an ever-evolving industry.
  • New Business Sales Manager

Over my time working in the Education Furniture Market, I have seen a lot of change in the focus on making a learning environment flexible and suitable to all students and the way they learn best. It is wonderful to work for a company like Furnware that is forward-thinking and able to move and grow with the needs of our customers.

I have a background in Interior Design with a passion for learning spaces and have been able to combine the two to help deliver many exciting projects over the past 11 years. I have worked with some incredible, inspiring educational leaders over this time and believe in change and progress and that every little we can do makes a difference.

I am a mother of two young children and love being able to learn from them and let them inspire me.

  • Senior Business Development Manager - NSW/ACT

Being involved in the transition away from traditional learning spaces in New South Wales schools is really exciting. I work in a consultative way to understand a school’s vision and needs to help devise the most effective furniture and systems. The end goal is always enhanced student engagement and learning.

Making the move to an innovative learning environment can be daunting. It’s my aim to make the process smooth, collaborative and exciting for everybody involved. I feel honoured that I get to see first-hand how these changes are improving our education system and student learning overall.

  • Head of Sales - International Markets

I see our role as being a partner to educators and schools. I love that we have the chance to really engage with our customers and seek to understand what value we can bring them – value that can enhance their students’ learning.

I manage the International team and a big part of that is helping the team to develop and grow. I’m proud to be part of a group that is committed to making a long-term difference for students and teachers globally, I believe that every child should have the opportunity to learn and be educated in a safe, encouraging and engaging environment. We have the ability to create these amazing learning spaces and that’s what gets us out of bed every day.

  • Business Development Manager - VIC
With over 13 years of experience in various commercial, operational, and customer experience roles in the Aviation industry, I joined Furnware in 2022 excited by the potential to create inspired learning spaces that support the functional furniture needs of teachers and students alike.

Through observing my young daughter’s excitement for learning, I stay passionate about creating meaningful spaces for young minds to flourish. The caring and considered approach to understanding clients’ vision through to the delivery and set up of each curated learning space is incredibly rewarding.

As the daughter of an ex-teacher and principal, I have genuine love and respect for education, with a deep understanding of the challenges schools face. I’m a great communicator and value the importance of really understanding a customer’s needs, as the more information we have, the better our solutions will be. I love the creative aspect of designing spaces and working with our 3D Learning Spaces App, bringing all the elements, colour, furniture and classroom layout to life that meet the pedagogical objectives. So, our customers can really envisage their new learning environments with every detail captured.

  • Business Development Manager - NSW/TAS

I began my colourful career path as a teacher, my experience as only one of two teachers in a remote NSW school, was almost as interesting as teaching 14 kids remotely via a 2-way radio. This was before the days of the internet and Skype - quite a challenge. Saying ‘over’ at the end of every sentence when calling my mother on the phone, was a habit that was hard to break.

As much as I loved teaching, travel and adventure was calling and where best to start than working for an actual airline. For the next 12 years, I performed a multitude of roles for Ansett - from tarmac planning, rostering, even bringing in the Concord for British Airways.

Things got a bit more ‘serious’ when I moved to the corporate side. At one time, American Express had the biggest corporate travel company and it was here that I developed my passion for building meaningful and lasting relationships with clients. I managed a team responsible for looking after the travel needs of huge multinational companies including Microsoft, Johnson and Johnson, GM motors and Ford.

Over the next few years I would work for Citibank looking after all Australian Government travel business, set up a sales team to focus on new corporate business for Qantas and work for a variety of businesses implementing sale strategy’s and ongoing account management.

The opportunity to work at Furnware came at a time when I was ready for a new challenge and I can’t wait to get back in the classroom to work with teachers and form new relationships with schools all around NSW.

  • Internal Account Manager – QLD/ NSW/ NT
With my mother being an educator, I have witnessed her guide, teach, and encourage students with a range of different learning abilities to succeed. I believe this has allowed me to understand that we have a responsibility to provide all students with a platform to learn in an environment that is comfortable, inclusive and safe.

At Furnware, we have the unique opportunity to make this a reality with our consultative approach with customers, enabling us to really understand the environment in which they want to teach to provide the best learning outcomes for all students.

  • Internal Account Manager – VIC/ ACT/ TAS/ SA

Having recently finished my academic journey, I bring a fresh perspective on how well-designed learning spaces can positively enhance learning outcomes.

I enjoy supporting educators and assisting them with furniture solutions to help achieve their learning space vision. At Furnware, I value being part of the solution and achieving the best results for students and teachers alike.
