The Base Rectangle Table is designed to work with the Base Couch, combining tiered seating with a practical raised work surface for group presentations, peer-to-peer learning and shared activities. Positioned behind the couch, the table creates a multi-level seating arrangement that supports different roles and viewing angles within a group, without requiring additional floor space.
Available in two widths, 1200 mm and 1500 mm, the table suits a range of group sizes and space configurations. Two or four units can be placed together to create larger shared work surfaces for bigger groups or whole-class activities. It pairs well with Bodyfurn Stools for practical elevated seating at the table surface.
Constructed from 18 mm MDF with a durable Fog grey edge and 38 mm round silver star powder-coated steel legs, the Base Rectangle Table is built for high-use education environments. A powder-coated steel modesty panel is included as standard. Optional braked castors on the inner legs support easy repositioning as layouts change. A whiteboard surface option is available for groups who need a shared writing surface during collaborative tasks.

The Base Rectangle Table is not designed for stacking. Optional braked castors on the inner legs support easy repositioning within a learning space. When not in use, tables can be moved to the perimeter of the room or stored in an adjacent area to free up floor space.
