Single Bay Shelving gives schools a practical, flexible storage option that can be sized to fit almost any space. The 304mm deep variant is well suited to classrooms and offices where floor space is limited – its compact footprint keeps walkways clear while still providing a useful shelf for books, folders and teaching resources. The 454mm deep variant offers greater shelf capacity and suits areas where bulkier resources, art supplies or larger materials need to be stored and accessed easily.
Both depths share the same four width options – 636mm, 736mm, 836mm and 936mm – making it straightforward to fill a specific wall length, fit into an alcove or create a consistent storage run alongside other Furnware shelving. Height options allow schools to select a unit that sits below window sill level, aligns with surrounding furniture or maximises available wall height for greater storage capacity.
Twin wheel castors on both variants allow units to be moved easily for room reconfiguration or cleaning without disrupting the rest of the classroom layout. The durable low pressure laminate finish is available in an extended colour range across both depths, and is designed to withstand regular use in busy school environments.
