Born in Australia, I spent my formative years in Indonesia and Malaysia, and was educated through the international school system, learning to speak Indonesian, French and Japanese. I spent 11-years working in Indonesia, sourcing premium wines from around the world, supplying high-end restaurants and 5-star resorts across Jakarta and Bali.
